RIO DE JANEIRO (AP) — Police in Rio de Janeiro and Sao Paulo have killed more than 11,000 people in the past six years, many execution-style, according to a report released Tuesday by Human Rights Watch. Their corrupt legal system has allowed Sean Goldman to be kidnapped by his powerful grandparents. You should give any profits you make form this hat to David Goldman so he can fight to get his son back!!!
