Real Deal Brazil 1,500 Fans Contest-Giveaway
If you haven't dropped by the Real Deal Brazil Facebook fan site in the last few days, it's now official: We have 1,500 fans! We're a little company, not some mammoth swish-y shoe manufacturer or everywhere-you-turn coffee-shop chain, so that much love is a pretty grand thing!
And as promised, upon hitting that big 1,500, we've launched another giveaway, our way of saying thanks for all that love. We, y'know, love the love!
Fans of our scrappy little brand are a dedicated bunch, and we hardly take that for granted. Because let's face it, there's a lot of neat stuff out there if you take the time to look. We're thrilled so many folks have put a bit of their faith in us.
This time out, 15 lucky folks will each win one classic-style Real Deal Brazil recycled-tarp hat, plus their choice of either an RDB Coconut Hat Band or a Hat Hitch Wind Strap. This drawing is, however, going to be a little different than the last two. Our goal is to thank, in particular, those fans who actively visit, and interact with, our Facebook site. So this time, we're asking fans to actively enter the contest by showing off a little of their Real Deal creativity.
The contest itself started at 6 a.m. today, Jan. 11, and will run for exactly one week, ending at 6 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 18.
To enter, go to the RDB Facebook fan site (http://www.facebook.com/pages/Real-Deal-Brazil/106664188492) before 6 a.m. Jan. 18, and if you're not a fan, sign up! Then post an answer to this question, posted prominently there: What's the most unusual thing you can imagine using your Real Deal Brazil recycled-tarp hat for? But keep those answers clean; truly off-color stuff, however fun, will be deleted, disqualifying that entry.
Though this will be a totally random drawing, note that simply posting your name won't work; you've gotta at least attempt to answer the question! When the contest closes at 6 a.m. Jan. 18, we'll then collect all names of fans who've posted real responses, and provide those names to the third-party drawing service at Random.org. Then, as soon as we know who won, we'll post the drawing results on the Real Deal Brazil Facebook site, and sort out sizes, mailing addresses, etc., with each winner individually
The best of Real Deal luck to you!
